The starting prices below are based on a studio flat on one floor with a single occupant and no garden.
Price increase on the following criteria:
- How many original bedrooms the house was designed for?
- How many floors does the property have?
- What is the size of the garden in m²?
- How many occupants?
- If international travel or travel outside of London is desired?
- Do you need help getting a floor plan?
Things to Consider
- Different options exist for every need, whether a light touch of Feng Shui or a comprehensive deep dive. It all comes down to need, connection preference and budget.
- Each category has an in-person site visit, a digital meet only, a combination of both, or some packages have no meeting.
Length of Reports
Please note the reports are personalised and influenced by the size of the property. Therefore, the report's length below approximates a three-bedroom house with a garden.
