Whilst we have fixed energies of a property (birth blueprint), we also have energies that are constantly changing.  One time of significant importance is the Chinese Solar calendar. It starts every year on February 4th. With some exceptions, it can be between February 3rd and February 5th. This calendar is used for Feng Shui. From this date on, sensitive areas change, and this affects the chi distribution, with new areas to handle therefore annual consultations are required.
